- General Returns Policy
- You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by CoolerCoozies.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Any damages must be reported to customer service within 5 days of delivery. A Return Authorization Number must accompany all returned merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned freight collect. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted for custom or special orders. We cannot accept COD returns.
- Receiving a Refund
- You’ll receive a refund after we received and processed your return. Expect your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner).
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
- Exchanges
- If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Customer Service Department to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
- In-Store Returns
- Items purchased from CoolerCoozies.com cannot be returned to a physical store (such as Target or Sports Authority stores). Items purchased from Cooler Concept’s Merchants are subject to the individual merchant's return policy.
- Gift Returns
- Cooler Concepts allows gift recipients to return items they received as a gift even if the order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. The type of refund or credit you receive depends on how the gift was purchased and how it was returned.
